Overview
We replaced outdated pram sheds with bespoke steel storage units, providing residents with secure, modern, and durable facilities. The works included extensive groundworks and reinforced concrete foundations, along with new pathways designed to meet accessibility and safety standards.

Challenges & Solutions
Several residents were still using the old sheds at the time of demolition. To ensure minimal disruption, we sourced and installed temporary storage units, coordinated tenant moves, and managed site logistics — allowing the project to progress smoothly while safeguarding residents’ belongings.

The project delivered long-lasting, secure storage that enhanced both safety and the appearance of the estate.
