Head Office Refurbishment

Overview
The complete modernisation of a dated poorly lit of a thriving four storey office building in the heart of East London. The project involved the reconfiguration of work spaces, including a multi functional high tech boardroom, bright comfortable office spaces complete food preparation areas and a completely redesigned reception area with new intercom system. The entire building has been transformed with new flooring, blinds and sleek modern glass partitions.

Challenges
The project presented a diverse array of challenges, primarily due to the requirement to carry out all works while the building remained fully operational and occupied. This demanded careful planning and coordination to ensure minimal disruption to daily activities. Strict safety protocols were implemented to safeguard staff during construction, and tailored schedules were devised to accommodate the specific needs of the building’s users. Noise management, dust control, and maintaining access to essential areas were constant considerations, requiring regular communication with the client project management team.
